Applying for Admission

To apply for a place for your child at St Mark’s Preschool, please complete the application form (pdf). Return the application form to the school office with the non-refundable registration fee of $200. (Please check availability in advance.)

The enrollment packet needs to be completed and returned to the school office before your child’s start date. The enrollment packet consists of the following forms. Please click on the link to a pdf version of the form, some of which can be completed digitally and then printed.
