We offer three schedule options, each of which can be had on a half day or full day basis. You may enroll your child for 2 days a week (Tuesdays & Thursdays), 3 days a week (Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays), or 5 days a week (Monday through Friday). For our half day programs pick-up is no later than 1 p.m., and for our full day programs pick up is after 3 p.m. and no later than 6 p.m. Inquire with Julia Peacock, Office Manager, as to the current enrollment availability for your preferred schedule.
Our monthly tuitions for the period from July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012 are:

*Sibling discount of 10% off tuition of the oldest child (not including potty training supervision fee) will apply when two or more children are enrolled at the same time. Parish members receive a 10% discount off total tuition.
In addition to the above tuitions, if your child is not yet out of diapers, the following additional monthly fee applies until they are fully potty trained, at which point it is removed:

Other Fees:
• Set-up & Administration Fee (non-refundable): First year only, $100; siblings of currently enrolled children receive a 50% discount off the Set-up & Administration fee
• Reservation & Materials fee (non-refundable):$100 per year. Siblings of currently enrolled children receive a 50% discount off registration the Reservation & Materials fee
• Late tuition fee: $30 if tuition is not received by the 7th of the month
• Returned check fee: $25
• Late pick-up fee: $3.00 per minute (no grace period)
• Extra day fee: $50 for extra full day; $40 for extra half day
IMPORTANT NOTE: Tuition will not be prorated or refunded for holidays, sick days or days your child is otherwise absent, except where the vacation discount applies. We cannot guarantee your child’s space if s/he is withdrawn from the school for the summer or other extended period of time unless tuition is paid for the time they are absent.
